FAQs
Everything is set up through the [free] platform, Trello. Here, you will have the ability to create “cards,” aka, your design requests. Within each card, you can explain the extent of the design however you need to- some common ways clients request designs is directly via Trello, sharing Google docs or reference links to designs they like, or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, whatever is easiest for you.
Unlimited. While subscribed, you're able to add as many design requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be created one by one, based on your priority.
Sure! As long as your assistant (or team member) is able to communicate clearly on what is needed for the design, that’s cool with us.
After a design has been approved, we will upload it into our shared Google Drive folder. Each design will be organized into its own folder, labeled with the title of the request.
This is highly unlikely ;) but if this occurs, we will continue to revise the design until it meets your highest standards.
Cool! Once the request has been completed, you are able to pause your subscription until you’re ready for the next one. No need to keep paying for something you aren’t using!
We understand you may not have enough design work to fill up an entire month. Maybe you only have one or two design requests at a time, or it’s off season for you... so this is why we allow the option to pause your subscription when it isn’t in use!
Billing cycles are based on a 31 day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 10 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 21 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future before you are billed again.
Due to the digital nature of this subscription, no refunds will be issued.
All design work is created with Adobe Illustrator, however, if you request for templates to be created in Canva, we can transfer the designs and share a Canva template link.
All website designs are created with Showit. We do not design using any other website platform.
